What we need to prepare your offer:
 

1. Description of your pad printing application
Ideally, please provide us with a requirements specification. If this is not available, technical drawings showing the print areas and STEP files of the parts to be printed are sufficient. If you already have print images as PDF files, feel free to send them as well.

2. Information about quantities, budget, and desired cycle times
The choice of the right pad printing machine depends heavily on the required output. Please let us know your estimated annual volume, typical batch sizes, and production mode (e.g. single, two, or three-shift operation). Budget specifications also help us identify the best solution for you.

3. Part handling: loading and unloading
If the parts are not to be handled manually, we need details about how they are fed in and removed – e.g. as bulk goods, on blisters or trays.

4. Additional processes
Do you require pre- or post-treatment stations? Is a camera inspection system needed, or are there other processes that need to be integrated?

5. Pad printing process
Are ink, cliché, and tampon already defined, or should we develop the entire printing process for you?
