For your sample prints, we use two modern pad printing machines:

• ML500E with rotary and tilting functions
• Modul220E with automatic camera positioning

Both systems are equipped with an electric stroke drive, enabling precise and programmable control of the tampon movement. The exact speed control of each individual phase of the printing cycle offers additional flexibility—especially for complex applications that are difficult to realize with conventional machines.

Our sample printing capabilities include:

• Determining optimal printing parameters, such as the minimum ink transfer time, for calculating the cycle time of your pad printing system
• Developing the entire printing process—from selecting the ink and tampon to defining cliché parameters
• Feasibility analysis of demanding applications, such as opaque or translucent prints with backlighting
• Printing on challenging materials such as glass or metal
• Pad printing on complex parts that must be rotated or repositioned during the process
• Processing of special ink types such as UV inks, enamel inks, adhesives, or other non-standard pad printing inks
• Evaluation of whether automatic positioning via camera system is technically and economically feasible for your application
